There are lots of ways to integrate. Our warehouse management system (WMS) has the ability to receive orders by CSV, Excel spreadsheet, Shopify, Woo Commerce or Amazon direct integration. Once we establish how you receive your orders we can recommend the best way to integrate.

Yes at Custom 3PL our WMS can record a serial no, both when it arrives into storage and against an order to a customer going out.
Custom 3PL also has the capability to record Best Before Dates for food products or even batch numbers if necessary.

You will be able to see 24/7 anytime how much stock you have on hand in our warehouse, plus place an order to be picked 24/7 anytime. We can also set low stock thresholds for you with notifications to your email.

Yes our WMS has the capability to complete and record a stocktake. This report then is given to the accountant at tax time.
