There are lots of ways to integrate.  Our warehouse management system (WMS) has the ability to receive orders by CSV, Excel spreadsheet, Shopify, Woo Commerce or Amazon direct integration.  Once we establish how you receive your orders we can recommend the best way to integrate.

Is shipping cheaper?

One business on their own may not achieve the cheapest shipping, by tapping into our resources we may be able to unlock ways to save on your transport costs.  As products are diverse so to are transport and couriers.

Are there any minimums?

# No minimum storage requirement, it could be from one pallet to 50 pallets.  Or one carton to many cartons.
# No minimum order requirements. Your business is unique and may send out one or two consignments per week or many consignments per week.

Yes at Custom 3PL our WMS can record a serial no, both when it arrives into storage and against an order to a customer going out.
Custom 3PL also has the capability to record Best Before Dates for food products or even batch numbers if necessary.

How can I see my stock levels?

At Custom 3PL our comprehensive WMS records product coming in and all orders going out.  Our WMS has a Log In for you.  You will be able to see 24/7 anytime how much stock you have on hand in our warehouse, plus place an order to be picked 24/7 anytime.  We can also set low stock thresholds for you with notifications to your email.

Will Custom 3PL complete a Stocktake?

Yes our WMS has the capability to complete and record a stocktake. This report then is given to the accountant at tax time.
